Speaking Up for Reproductive Rights
Reproductive rights embody the essence of personal autonomy and choice.
As a woman and a mother, my reproductive journey has encompassed a spectrum of choices.
In college, when faced with an unplanned pregnancy, I made the choice to relinquish my daughter for adoption. A few years later made the difficult but necessary choice to terminate a pregnancy. And, in my late 20’s I embraced the choice of parenthood. No choice is “easy,” each one comes with a complex set of emotions and life altering changes. But, in every case, the choice was unequivocally mine to make.
I proudly advocate for women’s reproductive rights, recognizing the imperative to protect and uphold these rights for all individuals. My journey underscores the complexity and significance of these issues, and I am honored to lend my voice to championing the cause.
Together, let’s amplify this message of empowerment and dignity for all.
